Eligible members and families of members of military and civilian personnel who have been severely injured while serving their country as a result of Operation Enduring and Iraqi Freedom both domestically and abroad

Operation Second Chance
Post 9/11 combat-wounded veterans currently receiving care at a military healthcare facility with an expected rating of at least 70%

Post 9/11 active duty military service personnel, veterans, and their families

VFW
Currently on active duty whose financial hardship is a result of a current deployment, military pay error, or from being discharged for medical reasons. Discharged on or after September 11, 2001 whose financial hardship is a direct result of their military service connected injuries and/or illnesses. Discharged prior to September 11, 2001 are on a fixed income that must include VA compensation for a service connected injury/illness and facing an unexpected financial hardship

Tunnel to Towers Foundation
These catastrophic injuries must have occurred on or after October 7, 2001. Must have a quadruple amputation, triple amputation, quadriplegia, paraplegia, or double limb amputation with other injuries such as severe burns, blindness, and traumatic brain injury.
